First, you need to learn this: DO NOTHING! (Seriously)

I used to think I always had to be doing SOMETHING.

Always Busy. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»

Always Productive. πŸ’Ό

Always Accomplished. πŸ†

But here's what I learned along the way:

When overwhelmed or burnt out, choosing to do NOTHING can be the best SOMETHING you can do... πŸ™ƒ

When you take time to do NOTHING, to just breathe and let go, you:

Pause and give yourself a chance to hit the RESET button. πŸ›‘

Make room for "AHA!" moments and let fresh ideas pop into your head. πŸ’‘

Avoid silly mistakes that come from rushing around like a headless chicken. πŸ”

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not advocating for laziness or unproductivity. 🀨

What I am saying is that there are moments in life when doing nothing is exactly what you need to:

UNPLUG and RECHARGE and REGAIN your focus.

Think about how you feel after binge-watching TV all night:

Physically drained and tired. πŸ€ͺ

Mentally feeling foggy and distracted. πŸ˜΅πŸ’«

Annnd more likely to miss important things the next day. πŸ™„

Life and business work the same way.

1)There are times when you feel the urge to push yourself to the limit, to give it your all, and to charge forward.

2)Then there are moments when you're overwhelmed, you need to take a step back, breathe, and simply be present with yourself.

The SECRET? Knowing when to do each!

It’s all about finding the right balance between ACTION and REST.
