
I am not a disciplined person.

If you see my morning routine, you’d probably wonder:
How the HELL does she coach people on mindset and balance? 🤨
↳ I DON'T meditate (at least not regularly) 🧘🏻
↳ I DON'T journal for 30 minutes (while sipping on a cup of organic tea) ☕️
↳ And I DON'T do yoga in the mornings. 🤸🏻
Don't get me wrong, I tried.... REALLY HARD.
But it just does not work for me. It’s just not my thing! 🙄
