I have to confess. I'm a recovering addict!

(It's probably not what you think)
Ever feel like your life looks “perfect” on paper, yet something feels… wrong?
Like you’ve hit all the goals you worked hard for, and still, something feels… off?
I’ve been there.
In 2022, I was living a life that seemed perfect to others.
→ Keeping up with work, family, and everyone else’s expectations.
→ Crushing a 6-figure job that checked all the boxes.
→ Doing “all the right things.”
By all accounts, I was "unstoppable."
But here’s what most people did NOT know…
→ I was hustling non-stop, chasing achievement after achievement.
→ I was working 60+ hour weeks, thinking I was "winning."
→ My calendar was packed—but my life was empty.
Then, life threw me a curveball that changed everything.
It was the realization that I wasn’t living—I was surviving.
Looking back, it was obvious: I was a non-stop workaholic addict.
So, I made a radical decision.
I chose ME!
I gave myself permission to walk away:
→ From the endless grind.
→ From the belief that my worth was tied to my work.
→ Toward a life where I could finally live meaningfully.
And here I am, 2 years later:
→ Running my days instead of them running me.
→ Spending time with people who matter most to me.
→ Finding joy in the moments I used to rush through and regret.
And as a bonus…
Discovering that the world didn’t fall apart when I said “no.”
If something feels off, it’s because it is.
Trust that feeling. Your heart knows when you’re out of alignment.
I'm hosting a workshop in 2 weeks:
Work-Life Alignment: Crafting a Life You Don’t Need a Break From
I'll tell you more soon...
I’m super excited to share this, so stay tuned!
The life you really want is waiting for you on the other side of your fears.
