I have to thank all the micromanagers.

I have to thank all the micromanagers.
They've helped me build my business.
Yep, you read that right.
You know the type:
→ They redo your work because it’s “never quite right.”
→ They hold endless meetings to discuss the smallest details.
→ Every tiny decision needs their approval, slowing everything down.
→ They “check in” constantly, making you feel like they’re waiting for you to slip up.
→ They demand updates so frequently that you spend more time reporting than working.
For years, I put up with this in various jobs.
It made me question
→ If I was the problem.
→ If I wasn't GOOD enough.
→ If I wasn't working HARD enough.
But eventually, I realized the issue wasn’t my performance.
It was the environment built on control.
Here’s the ironic part – these micromanagers pushed me (and others like me and you) out of the traditional 9-5 grind and into building something of our own.
Now, I get to support other entrepreneurs how to create businesses
that operate without any of the above nonsense.
→ No micromanaging.
→ No crushing creativity.
→ No crossing boundaries.
→ No BURNOUT - Duhhhhhh.
So, I genuinely want to say THANK YOU to all the micromanagers.
Without you, I might not have taken the leap into entrepreneurship.
You’ve helped build a business that values:
→ Autonomy
→ Freedom
→ Trust
I appreciate your help!
That's it for today.
We are all amazing and doing our best—and that’s what truly matters. 🌱
